Happy July, folks!

JULY? I don’t even know where the entire month of June went – it flew by me so fast, it feels like I didn’t even have time to process it! We were so busy with the end of school year hustle & bustle, and then the week my kids started summer break, I actually shipped off to Indiana for 4 days with one of my best friends to attend The Gospel Coalition Women’s Conference 2018. Right after coming back from Indiana, we got settled into the routine of summer camps and swim lessons. PG&E also shut down the ONE major cross street by our house for the entire summer (they’re replacing a gas line from the 1950s) so that’s added an extra 20 minutes onto our drop off & pick up commutes for the summer.

All in all, we’ve all just been busy with LIFE and before I knew it an entire month had gone by and not a single post from me. Sorry!

But I do have lots and lots that I want to share with you guys, especially regarding what I learned from the conference and books that I purchased with the steep conference discount they provided to attendees.
